She started working in the Real Estate Industry since 2006 in the residential field. She was then expanded to other areas including, doing her property flips, investing in multi-family, commercial Real Estate, and Business Brokerage.

With a wealth of experience as a former Business Broker, Vionette has witnessed firsthand the transformative journey of small business owners. She has been inspired by their dreams, resilience, and dedication as they navigate the complexities of starting and expanding their enterprises. Throughout this journey, Vionette identified two critical challenges that many entrepreneurs face: liquidity and the lack of a robust digital marketing strategy.

Driven by her commitment to helping others succeed, Vionette embraced an exciting opportunity to become the VP of Operations at Quantum Clicks Digital Marketing company. In this role, she combines her financial expertise with innovative marketing strategies to help small businesses elevate their operations and achieve their aspirations.
